Please keep me posted on what your llmd says in SD. Hopefully they will be able to help you. Hopefully he/she can get you on a protocol that will help you. All I can say is that it is a long road - one that doesn't stop soon. I think once you get a good protocol, and if you stick with it, you will hopefully see some improvement.
I stick to mine religiously. I don't ever stop even if it makes me feel horrible.
I'm so glad you joined this board. I really like talking with people about what we all go through!
