| Re: Caffeine and sleep?
Well to a lot of extent, it depends on the type of coffee/coffee beans you have. Different coffee have different caffeine content. To be on the safe side, never have coffee 5 hours before you sleep.
There is a difference between tea and coffee. Tea is more of a refreshment whereas coffee is a stimulant. You can have tea right before sleeping and you'll be able to have a perfectly normal sleep. Whereas coffee stimulates your brain activity and keep you awake.
