Hello Roy123 and welcome.

Any time we restrict necessary nutrients our body needs to be well nourished,additional stress is placed on both the digestive and circulatory systems.

Have you considered seeing a therapist and/or a prescribing physician about your depression and obsessive/compulsive tendencies?

It's definitely worth looking into,as i'm quite certain that you're looking for the light at the end of the tunnel(optimism).
