Ironically, after all the ops the heart is now in rhythm & seems to be working ok. Although the resting rate is a little high at around 65(it used to be 38/42), it is a lot better & rises to 150/160 under effort then drops off fairly ok. It's the breathing that is so bad !!
I'm afraid i've no idea what the ablation success rates are, sorry.
