Labyrinthitis doesn't last 8 years nor should you be compensating still.

What other symptoms do you have? Any of these ring true:

1) Headaches
2) Neck pain
3) Sound sensitivity
4) Light sensitivity
5) Any family history of migraine that you know of
6) Worsening of symptoms with your period
