Wouldn't you rather have one puff per day of a daily med and no albuterol? THat's what I am getting at. Please see a pulmo or asthma or allergy doc. I'm just concerned about your longterm health. And it is used to prevent attacks - as a premedication before cardio - I do 2 puffs , 60 seconds apart, 15 minutes before cardio. These are the things you will learn from a pulmo.
How to medicate and when - it's called an "asthma action plan." Check out the "stickies" at the top of the Asthma page. An excellent one is posted there.
