Does this sound like a good plan? Again I need to function at the old job, so I hope this will help me get off and back on the road again. I am hoping that the W/D's won't be that bad.
Hello Jeff the Dude and welcome.

The taper sounds feasible,in theory.

Might I suggest that you receive a doctor's approval before attempting this?
It is unsure if you have any other medical conditions that may add an element of difficulty going forward.

There are also possible withdrawal symptoms to consider and if so,what to take, that won't counteract other meds or exacerbate possible health issues.

The desire is definitely in you;now let's see what we can do to make it a safe reality.

Respectfully stated
Phoenix
