There's nothing "probable" about this - it's clear that you're hypothyroid because of autoimmune thyroid disease. Delaying treatment only means prolonged agony. It is quite possible you've had this for years - it can take decades for hypoT to develop. Absolutely get a second opinion, it's actually malpractise to leave you without treatment with such a high TSH and thyroid antibodies.
