Heart palpations are totally normal in perimenopause. I read some of the other posts regarding magnesium and I agree that taking magnesium is a good thing, but there are different types of magnesium and some types of magnesium can magnify anxiety/depression for folks. I can't remember which ones are not good, but I do know that magnesium glycinate is a good one. In addition, many people in perimenopause have extreme sensitivity to noise.
