And that's what caused me new problems.

The Brostrom procedure actually worked - we think - but the tear didn't heal. And after questioning my sanity, I had an MRI which revealed partial healing. So I had a second surgery to merge my two peroneal tendons on November 20th and am recovering slowly.

I'm so sorry to hear you haven't healed as well. And I remember the nightmare of dealing with workman's comp. I'm so sorry again and hope you get answers sooner rather than later.
Yes, I DO remember you and have wondered at times how you have been doing. I'm so sorry about the tear and having to face surgery again. I do struggle with feeling like I'm not "tough" enough, etc.....but it really, really HURTS sometimes...and it keeps buckling and rolling on me..... this Dr. Jeng is supposed to be really good. I wish I could just "skip" all the tests as I know workers comp is going to "sit" on it - it took them 8 weeks to approve this visit and then another 4-5 weeks before I could in with this surgeon....so you can imagine my frustration.

I'm sorry rehab is slow for you...... I"m glad we were able to touch base and "catch up" some....hang in there!
