thanks for replying, i have had my b12 checked it was 620 ok i think. my folate was 15 but i don't know what this is or what it can do to you. Didn't get vit d checked but going to a new dr next week so i will let you know what happens.Did you get the feeling like your balance is not quite right? and i wish i could sleep any advice? thanks again
