I agree with you about porn. It presents a completely distorted and perverted view of women (and guys, for that matter).

You can start to solve your difficulty by going to the Men's Health Message Board and finding the sticky headed Stretching To Fix Tight Foreskin (Phimosis). Do the stretching exercises (with an erection) at least once a day for a month. This will loosen the foreskin so that you will eventually be able to retract it easily.

If the pain you describe is because your exposed penis head is very sensitive to touch, you can make it less sensitive by retracting the foreskin when you shower, soaping up your penis and touching the head for as long as you can. At other times, you can desensitise the head by applying some lubrication and touching it as much as you can.

Don't worry, Koranguy. Since you can retract easily when flaccid, you will be able to retract when erect provided you stretch your foreskin regularly. Best wishes.
