I've had Bell's for over 1o years now and am a residual case with no known cause. At onset I had terrible vertigo for about a week. I didn't experience it again until last year when I started to have small occurrences and gradually increasing to terrible fits of vertigo. I underwent extensive testing and doctors found nothing. It went away after a few months but has suddenly started back up again.
It feels like as if my head is turning when it isn't- my vision is blurred and my eyes feel as if they roll to the back of my head. I'm aware, alert and can still hold a conversation when this is happening though.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this kind of vertigo outside of onset. Any advice or idea what might cause this?
