It makes sense because my blood is probably flowing to my other muscles and not my brain so I get light-headed. But it scares me sometimes and I worry I'm going to pass out. It also happens at times when I'm doing a very strenuous workout like the Insanity dvds. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening? Some people told me to eat more sodium but that will just bloat me! Do I just have to deal with it and try my best to stay hydrated and nourished?
Donít be afraid to be active. Regular physical activity is the first treatment recommended to lower BP and improve cardiovascular health.
