Wow thanks for all of the good ideas! My doctor said I could do stairs the very next day. Actually he told me to be as active as my knee will tolerate. He said I should be back to normal in four weeks. Does this sound reasonable? I am going on vacation end of March (five weeks post surgery). I really don't want to be suffering during vacation.
