This is my first post. I recently (December 29th) came down with that flu that it seemed everyone got. It was awful. Cough, fever, weak and it went on and on. I still have some liquid in my lungs and I can get fatigued easy BUT I'm on the mend. I accidently went back to the gym too quickly and felt terrible the next day. When anyone out there is sick-how long do you allow yourself till you go back to the gym? I'm alittle worried since I can feel liquid in my lungs, so not going lately...If anyone out there had that flu-any tips will help..
