Oh, yeah it's slightly complicated because there are other frenula on the body. There are a couple frenula in the mouth. But I meant the penile frenulum, the preputial frenulum. It's the flap (or can look more like a chord) of skin that connects from beneath the meatus to the skin on the shaft below that. Do you know what I'm talking about now? Does that chord/flap pull tight when you pull back on the skin of your penis the normal amount that you do?
