Yeah, there's a good chance that it would at first because it will stimulate the nerves a lot more (than the gentler motion of moving skin the skin over the head). But you wouldn't be doing this for how long you last from doing it, you'd be doing it for how long it would help you last in the future from desensitizing the nerves.

It depends a lot how sensitive your nerves are to begin with how much of this you might want to do to be as sensitive as you want. You might find doing this once a day, only two or three times is very desensitizing for a long time, like a couple weeks or months.

And like I said, you don't want to do this all the time or it would desensitize you a lot more than you like.
