Hi, I'm 18 and last month I was diagnosed with these! I suffered for months with severe pain which my GP said was constipation, then IBS, then a UTI... Then I ended up in A&E in severe pain and they gave me painkillers and sent me back to my GP! Finally my GP booked me in for an ultrasound and they found 2 large dermoid cysts! One in each ovary... How long did it take you to see a gynecologist and how long did you have to wait for an op?
