One of my therapy sessions that really helped was to sit on a couch with a pretty deflated ball and tossing it in the air from left to right and right to left - watching it as it was in movement. It took several days to not get nauseated from the feeling of spinning and several more to successfully catch it. Hi Kalemo, I haven't try a ball yet, only the invisible one from Tai Chi. I'm going to try it. Are you still feeling dizzy?
