For me, the symptoms showed up not the day of my first missed pill but the next day. I've read that some people have symptoms within hours of the missed dose. That wasn't me. Maybe because I have such a hard time remembering my meds that I took them whenever I remembered and not at the same time each day. I'd say if you are gonna have any crazy symptoms you should be feeling them now!!
