With the exception of the syrinx, your MRI report looks unremarkable. The syrinx is a cavity formed within the spinal cord by cerebrospinal fluid being forced inside it. This may not be much of a problem, or may be every bit as bad as it sounds. Look up "syringomyelia".

You really need to stay on top of this, although more than that may not yet be required.
