Hi ya no I've never had the cortisone injections. Range and movement is fab now although sometimes I accidently move my arm and smack the scarred area and then say that hurts. I've done it a few times.

I can feel where the plate was but other then that its doin and healing really well. Glad your doin better.

Hope the tendernessand inflammation gets better soon.
