The length of time it takes to get benefit changing brand/dose is individual. But I can tell you, it won't be instant. You'll feel changes gradually, usually over the course of weeks to months. Since your TSH was so high when the switch was made, it demonstrates that your levoT dose was inadequate. You may need an Armour dose increase if this one doesn't do the job.
