| Re: Toothache due to suspected cracked teeth
Sorry you are having trouble with the pain I know its no fun I've been there before as have many here. Have you considered going to an endodonist who is a root canal specialist who could give you a good opinion? I would think you would need an x-ray to determine if a cracked tooth would have good odds of being saved.
If I were you I'd get the tooth worked on first that is giving you the most pain. Sometimes you can have what is called referred pain if a tooth is really bothering you meaning some of the other nerves in other teeth can ache. That way when the most problematic tooth is dealt with you can better assess things from there. The thing is I would see an endodonist about that front tooth because you want to save it if possible since it will be visible when you smile. If the molar is far back and you have no other options then an extraction would be a consideration which I have had done myself by an oral surgeon.
Keep us posted on your July 3rd appointment and wishing you a pain free result!
