If I were you I'd get the tooth worked on first that is giving you the most pain. Sometimes you can have what is called referred pain if a tooth is really bothering you meaning some of the other nerves in other teeth can ache. That way when the most problematic tooth is dealt with you can better assess things from there. The thing is I would see an endodonist about that front tooth because you want to save it if possible since it will be visible when you smile. If the molar is far back and you have no other options then an extraction would be a consideration which I have had done myself by an oral surgeon.

Keep us posted on your July 3rd appointment and wishing you a pain free result!
Hey I was reading other posts and saw you reply to a thread regarding your adjacent tooth throbbing after root canal. I have that throbbing pain and discomfort on about 2 teeth to the right of my painful front incisor, and the feeling comes and goes and more noticeable when I'm not doing much like lying down. And the pain of the front incisor disappears whenever the other 2 teeth to the right throbs with discomfort and alternates back and forth so I think it has something to do with the nerves of the incisor being affected?

So in the end how did u cure the throbbing tooth?

For the July 3rd appt Im still deciding on going or not or postponing and observing a bit longer coz he was going to try filling it but to do so he has to file it down a bit in order for the filling to stick, but I'm thinking it might make my tooth even more painful coz of the further lost of dentin, and then the end result might be root canal but he said even then not all my sensitivity will go away? And he said that normally he doesn't recommend root canals unless there is pulp infection?

Did your front teeth sensitivity go completely away after the root canals and feels completely back to normal before any problems started?
