And the pain of the front incisor disappears whenever the other 2 teeth to the right throbs with discomfort and alternates back and forth so I think it has something to do with the nerves of the incisor being affected?

So in the end how did u cure the throbbing tooth?

For the July 3rd appt Im still deciding on going or not or postponing and observing a bit longer coz he was going to try filling it but to do so he has to file it down a bit in order for the filling to stick, but I'm thinking it might make my tooth even more painful coz of the further lost of dentin, and then the end result might be root canal but he said even then not all my sensitivity will go away? And he said that normally he doesn't recommend root canals unless there is pulp infection?

Did your front teeth sensitivity go completely away after the root canals and feels completely back to normal before any problems started?
Hi...once I got the tooth root canalled it solved the referred pain. I did have one root canal where pain lingered for at least 6 months afterwards but did slowly get better. Was wondering if you went in for your appointment today? Yes typically a root canal is for pulp infection are you sure that is not your issue? Typically you have hot and cold sensitivity that gradually gets worse over time. Hope things get better soon!!
