Yes I ended up getting a filling, he only filled a thin layer on the front and top part of my front tooth. He didn't do it too well which he then had to fix a bit and he used a wrong colour, what a headache! He said he would have to shave it off to change the colour again so I decided to wait and see if it still hurts and maybe change colour next time. It's been a few days and it still hurts more or less the same as before. By the way I tried homeopathy medicine last night after I heard that it might cure nerve pain, have u heard of it or tried? I think right after I took a dose I felt worse actually.
So the next step is to wait to see and decide if I need a root canal ultimately, but not sure how long I should wait and see. He did tap on my teeth to see if I feel pain which I find very irritating coz I already have chipped and broken teeth and it didn't hurt me so its not an infection right now, probably inflammation.
And for the upper molar, it still hurts sometimes when I eat certain foods which feels so annoying, but I heard the root canal on upper molars failure rate is high so again I guess will wait a bit more and decide if I want it extracted, I keep delaying coz I don't wanna regret coz theres no going back but this toothache is such a hindrance to my daily functioning.
