Hi Cheryl! Thanks so much for the info. That is what I was looking for. I'm going to do a check on the internet if I can find more about the nasal steroids. I just don't want to take them too long as I'd heard they might be bad long term. I didn't know if that applied only to the pills or the nasal stuff too.
So how's Mike tonight? Are you doing okay? I think it's great that you have him out exercising. I think getting out of the house and doing projects is so healthy as it keeps our minds off the pain and worry.
