Hi Everyone, well I tried this weekend. we had pizza on sat. then yesterday I made a roast beef dinner and I made a choc cake. I had a small piece of the cake. couldnt help it.
anyway scaled doesnt say I gained any just stayed the same.
walked a mile and a half on treadmill on sat, walked outside on fri 2 miles
and this morning I walked a mile outside of work will probably go again at lunchtime.
everyone have a good week. back to work for me.
