Maybe you should consider coming off the antidepressant? There are lots of safer alternatives out there and it might help solve your nausea problem, rather than having to take more drugs.
Also Zofran is normally the anti nausea drug of choice for cancer patients who have unrelenting nausea following chemotherapy. A little steep I think? Surely maxalon and stemetil would be better for everyday use?
