I'm not on ortho novum and I know nothing about it, but I just wanted to tell you that I do have shorter and lighter periods on OTC. My periods used to last between 5-7 days and were really heavy and painful. With OTC they're only 2-3 days and I have no cramping.

Hope you get the info on ortho novum that you need!
