For the past 4 days I have had a 102F fever that wont go away. I have no flu/cold like symptoms, just fever symptoms..

I went to the doctor yesterday, and he didnt seem overly concerned. Though, he gave me a shot of anti-biotics in the arm, and some drugs to bring the fever down. Well, this morning I wake up, to another day of my 102F fever.

The only symptoms I have are: lightheadness, and headache..Though, none of the symptoms are that bad.

When should I begin to worry? How many days is too many days with a fever?
