Re: I don't know what is wrong with me

I suppose if you have never experienced this type of stress, it could be singularly related. I would suggest that you start by recognising the pressures you're feeling and what your thoughts are about them....bringing it all to a cognitive level.

The dream will be instrumental in what the issues are.....but remember that we dream in symbols. Depending on who, what, where, .....a house, water, driving, falling.....things that scare us, being pursued/chased, daylight, darkness, hallways, etc all determine what our subconscious thoughts are. We sometimes use information we have experienced to put in the form of pictures that really don't make sense if we take it all literally.

An example could be poetry, it's all subjective, but there are universal meanings to symbols which can definitely bring meaning to its messages.

Check on-line for dream interpretation. I really love dreaming...even the disturbing ones make me feel more like a detective to understand what I'm subconsciously thinking.

There are also some books available on cognitive behaviour that can help with bringing your automatic thoughts to the forefront -- which will help you to recognise what your fears are at this time.

Seek help with others who can give you different perspectives on solutions to some of the problems you're facing at this time. The panic or anxiety usually happens when we are feeling fully consumed with frustration and a feeling that we will never find solutions. Having options available (like Plan A,B,C,D...) depending on the situation. If the outcome is 1,2 or 3, then maybe plan C could work better...you know what I mean?

Introspection is a good thing, punishing isn't....and if you continue on a path of reacting physically to situations it may lead to severe anxiety and panic. Start believing there are solutions to problems, you just haven't found them yet. Also, anxiety stops the solution seeking process practically in its tracks. Keep open minded and objective.

Do the dream interpretation also....wow, the things we can find out -- as well as be so entertained!!

Best to you,
quincy
