I'd agree with the post before this....give the accutane a try. I'm almost done 5 months, of 6 total, and it has helped a little bit, but the only side effects i've had are dry skin and lips, and chapstick and mousterizer take care of that. my derm said it works great in 60% of people, improves 20% of people and the other 20% it doesn't help. So basically an 80% chance of improvment.
