POTASSIUM !
Eat lots of bananas, apples, and citrus fruits. Best of all, go to a healthfood store and buy a bottle of organic Apple Cider Vinegar. It has alot of potassium, which can help prevent ( or controls ) high blood pressure.
Do not use the ACV from the ordinary supermarket..it is 'dead' !

I am not too sure about potassium-supplements in pill-form. Too much of this mineral can be dangerous, especially for people with a kidney disorder.
But most importantly tye, eat healthy goodies like fruits and veggies, monitor your BP AND talk to your doctor if your measurements continue to be high, ok ?


@ NatApoth. What is considered high doses of vitamin E ? ...I never heard that vit. E can raise your BP I take up to 800 I.U...is that too much
