Male, wanting to tone/reduce chest
I'm 21 years old, weighing about 170 and 5'10. I'm a bit new to trying to stay fit and I want to try to get rid of the "boobs" on my chest....my stomach looks just fine, no six-pack or anything like that- just simply in shape. My breasts are kind of sticking out and thats the only thing I want to get rid of. I'm curious what are good chest exercises that will help tone my chest? In this case, should higher reps/lighter weights for chest exercises be recommended? Cardio?
