Are these too many vitamins to take in a day?
After much reading, I finally settled on a multi-vitamin. I have purchased TwinLab Daily Two Caps WithOUT Iron. Are these too strong? Most of the % exceed the RDA, but I know that is OK with most vitamins.
Also, I want my 14 year old daughter to start taking a multi...would this be too much for her? (she weighs 105 pounds) Maybe I should just have her take one per day (then the % would be 1/2 of what I have listed below).
I asked my doc, and she said "just take a multi everyday plus fish oil."
