Your question reminds me of a little story my father in law told us a few years back when he was having acid problems. He asked his doctors what foods he should or shouldn't eat. The doctor, a little perplexed, asked him "How old are you?" To that he told him his age. The doctor then told him, "No disrespect sir, but if you don't know by now what bothers you and what doesn't bother you, then I can't help you." He was joking of course, but his message was, try it and if it doesn't agree with you then don't try it again.
