I have had acid reflux for many years, and it has never been better or worse by what I wear, but this is not to say that it may work that way for others.
Honey, your doctor should have either given you something for it or told you what you should buy over the counter if it is bad enough to take medicine for it. This is easy to control for most people, and it should not change the way you live your life. Just be cautious about what you eat because it might make it flare up. Cutting out certain foods (spicy, onions, etc) will certainly help.
Please don't let this worry you about not having a normal teenage life. If you were diagnosed awhile ago, and if tight bras and clothing doesn't bother you, then don't worry about it. Just be careful about taking medicine if you are suppose to, and avoid foods that bother you. I have had this for a long time, and I live a very happy life! So can you!
