I find all rice to be gerd friendly and when I'm having an episode, I resort to rice, mostly brown rice since its better for you. you just have to experiment and listen to what works best for your body.
Glutinous rice (Sticky rice) It is not friendly to stomach problem. I didn't know I got too much acid or not enough acid in my stomach. Dr gave me "Nexium" but it doesn't work. My Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner told me don't eat sticky rice. It is very rich. It can cause much more digestive problems.
