Sometmes when I work out it seems my indigestion kicks up. I'll wake up and not eat anything, and just go and lift weights, it seems my indigestion doesnt care if I ate or not. Anybody elses indigestion kick in worse when doing physical activity?
for me when I go walking or do certain types of cardio my heartburn often acts up whether I've eaten or not.. I usually have to bring water or gum with me to keep it down.
