Pillbox

I posted on here about a month ago of chest pain right behind the sternum, I let it go on for about 2 or 3 weeks before it finally got so bad I had to go to the doctor. He told me I had Gerd and that I had an ulcer in my throat right up from my stomach that was probably causing the chest pain from the acid getting on it and eating it up, and he gave me prevacid and some other pills that I had to take. Well about a week after taking the pills, my chest started to feel better just slightly, it still hurt when I ate, but then I got to noticing like a lump in my throat, almost like it was swelled and there was a baseball lodged in it . I continued taking the pills and my throat continued to get worse, but the chest was getting to where it didn't hurt as bad. Well after about a week and a half the throat cleared up and I felt like I was getting back to normal. I went back to the doctor and told him I was getting better but I was fatigued severley and just didn't feel good, he ordered a complete blood count. Well it turned out to be the medicine I was taking that was making me feel bad. The blood count came back fine and I was happy as my chest was getting better, but occasionaly I can still feel pain when I eat. The throat was all better so I was thinking I'm good to go. Well over the last 3 days my throat has started bothering me again. It is very hard to explain the symptoms because most ppl look at me like I'm a crazed lunatic, it started out kinda like the first bout, more or less just a feeling of a light pressure when I swallowed. It went from that to a kind of tingling all up and down my throat and more following of pressure. I feel the need to constantly swallow to check and see how it feels, the pressure/uneasy feeling has radiated all the way up into the back of my tongue and to the bottom of my mouth. I'm not really sure what is going on and thought I would stop back by to see what you guys thought. I have been told by countless ppl that any kind of ulceration in your throat or acid erosion can cause a strictness feeling in your throat and that they are very hard to heal. It's just really getting annoying, I wake up in the morning and my throat feels fine and after about a hour the strictness/pressure/uneasy feeling sets in and it's like this the rest of the day. Sometimes I get irrated with it and run and brush my teeth and hack up a lot of phlegm and irigate my throat with some water and it feels a little better for about an hour and then it starts back up. The phlegm has always been normal though as I dip snuff. I know alot of ppl have told me that is my whole problem, but it has never messed with my throat, and I have never had any problems out of my throat untill this gerd came around. Also everybody tells me to go back to the doctor but I've been 3 times already and it's really costly every visit, and the last time I went he packed the problem off on stress, which who doesn't have stress. I just hope I'm not dying of throat cancer or something. Any thoughts?
