| Reflux and skin problems
Is their anybody else out there with reflux that is also having problems with their skin? I have bad dandruff and excema which both started around the same time my stomach went bad. It can't be a coincidence. I'm starting to think maybe reflux is caused by a food allergy, or at least made worse to where it inflames your stomach and allows reflux to flow back up. I am starting a new diet, which is mostly fruits, vegetables, fish, and very little meat. As of right now no bread or junk food of any kind. Also I am doing aerobic exercise 5 days a week. I'll let you know how it all works out. Also I am not taking any acid reducer at all during this. Do not accept acid reflux, I know I won't. It may be a life long problem for some but I refuse to accept it. I will not accept it.
