I take acidophilus before breaksfast and supper.
No soft drinks
I take a multi twice aday instead of once a day now , plus more vitamin C
I eat more apples, bananas, celery,
I also take a garlic capsule, hawthorne, and cayenne and the cayenne is awesome stuff.
I drink water with lemon but not alot during the meal. I'll usually wait ten min and take the hawthorne, garlic, cayenne after dinner.
I drink one inch of applle cider vinegar with apple juice before bed.
