I found a chart that has safe foods and foods to avoid for acid reflux. The only thing I don't agree on is the oatmeal cause I get really bad heartburn from it. I'm gonna try to stick to this diet and stick to my protonix and possibly lose some weight. I wanna see if I can get better by sticking to this routine. Let me know what you guys think.
