For The Second Day I Noticed When I Eat Something Solid It Hurts Going Down The Hatchet..ok I Chew My Food Like Normal,once It Hits The Back Area Of The Throat,thats Where It Hurts..i noticed the back of my neck to my shoulders are aching like crazy ,like stiffness...what Could The Be?theres No Inflamation Back There when i look in the back of my throat, I Dont Have Any Cold Or Cough,or Any Mucus.when I Drink Fluids Im Fine.

You need to see a chiropractor, your spine needs to be adjusted.

It may be a neck or spine issue, but, I have a hiatal hernia that causes pain in my throat when I swallow down food. But I have chest pain, not neck or shoulder pain, so it may be just a combination of something reflux related, and neck issues at the same time.

I also have a hiatel hernia and have been going to a chiropractor for about 6 years. Whenever I feel it flare up, I get an adjustment and then the discomfort is gone for a few months. I highly recommend it, it's better than being on drugs for the rest of your life.
