When do you take them, (time of day? two at same time?) Do you notice anything when you change your routine?

do you mean like Prilosec? I have to take two a day, one in the a.m. and one before bed, it really helps a lot...

is Prilosec the over the counter one? if it is im yet to see it in the stores in the uk, im on pariet 20mg twice a day, was just curious as to when ppl take both theirs

I take Prevacid Solutabs 2 times per day. I take the first in the morning about 1/2 hour before breakfast and the second about 1/2 hour before dinner. Dinner should be about 3-4 hours before bedtime. I have been taking the 2 PPI's per day for 9 months now and they have been extremely helpful for me.
