| Beano?
so.......still going with the theory that acid reflux is related to the build up of fermented gas in the digestive tract, i'm wondering if anyone here has tried Beano? Does it help? I just bought some and am going to try it. I eat so dang healthy i just don't get how i could be having all this hearturn pain. Except --- if maybe all the healthy veggies and stuff are creating gas. Thus my thought about trying the Beano. any success stories with it?
