Lemon, orange, lime, all "acidic".
The only way I can make sense of this is perhaps they use an absolutist view of the foods rather than relative.
Perhaps lemon, et al, just barely make the official "base/alkaline" side with a 7.2 pH, while blueberries are just barely officially acidic at 6.7 pH.
The difference may be that we feel 1 is actually more acidic than another. And maybe that is because of other factors in the food, such as sugars, salts, etc. Maybe we feel lemons are more acidic because they contain less sugar than blueberries? (Not stating any facts here, just hypotheticals!)
I'd agree with apples and bananas, generally being "alkaline".
